I always love to try different types of salad. I think it is healthy and give you an amazing taste. I try many types of farro salad, it always gives a fresh and delicious taste to eat. 

Its chewy and nutty crispy grain land increases the taste of the recipe. Many different and crispy ingredients in the salad make it healthy and yummy and delicious. And I think I never before try this amazing salad in my life because this taste is outstanding. It’s really a Farro salad. It is perfect to eat and amazing in flavor and fragrance.

Ingredients:  

           

  • 1 cup arugula
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup sliced radicchio
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
  • ½ cup  pecorino cheese flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 Honey crisp apple, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cups cooked farro, from 1 cup dry
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped properly

Farro, of course, is the main ingredient of our today recipe. The best method to cook farro is to boil it like pasta Until it boils when the farro does not get smooth and tender. Cook for farro 10 to 20 min boil them and eat a little bite to check it properly cook and get smooth and ready to use in the recipe.
