Spiralizers To Make Noodles
You can make many vegetable noodles with a different regular vegetable peeler, julienne peeler, or mandolin slicer, but my favorite way I use to make these noodles with a spiralizer.
I have worked with two types of spiralizers:
Countertop spiralizers and the Kitchen Aid spiralizer attachment. Of the countertop spiralizers I’ve owned, the Inspiralizer (pictured below) was my favorite. It clips to the counter, so it doesn’t move around while you work.
It’s also easy to clean and relatively small, so it’s not difficult to find a place to store it. Furthermore, it’s an easy fit and suitable to store, and not hard to use. Not only that, but it also never hurt you during making veggies noodle.
You can be hung on anywhere you want in your kitchen it is lightweight and easily wash. So you must try this amazing and simple tool to make noodles of veggies.
Kitchen Aid Spiralizer Uses
The Kitchen Aid Spiralizer is the best option to cut and make great vegetable curly noodles. I know It’s more expensive, but if you want and love to spiralize sweet potatoes or butternut squash, this is the best option, it’ll slice through those tough veggies without requiring a lot of arm strength.
It’s expensive but gives you many benefits to use in many ways. It easily cut the veggies, you also change the shape of the cutter according to your veggies. Below is a list of the vegetables I use most often in spiralizers, along with serving suggestions for each. Try one alone, or mix them into salads and colorful bowls. Be creative and have fun! Do not use one, use different Veggie Noodles and mix well to create a new recipe. Try to use the benefits of the Kitchen Aid Spiralizer and enjoy the recipes.
Butternut Squash Noodles
To make butternut squash noodles, look for a squash with a long neck. Cut off the greasy, ratty base of the squash, but don’t throw it away! It’s not ideal for making vegetarian noodles, but you can still roast them or turn them into soup.
Pumpkin noodles are one of the few types of vegetable noodles I cook. Fry them lightly with a drizzle of olive oil until they soften slightly. When we fry these yummy and delicious noodles, the crunchy and tangy flavor enhances. It always insisted you make this recipe again and again.
It only takes a minute or two – the noodles should hold a nice al dente bite. So, it’s time to eat and enjoy my favorite and very healthy recipe.
Here are some of my favorite ways to serve them
In a vegetable riff over spaghetti and meatballs. Top noodles with marinara sauce, vegan meatballs, and vegan Parmesan cheese. Instead of regular tagliatelle in my Easy Pesto Pasta. Serve with classic basil pesto or vegan pesto and tender greens like spinach or arugula.
In an all-vegetarian riff on Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. Toss noodles with sautéed garlic and kale, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vegan Parmesan or regular Parmesan.
